If a store credit is issued:
- Courier charges (where applicable) will be deducted from the store credit value
- It will be issued only after our team has reviewed and approved the video/image evidence of the defect, and after we receive the product back.
- Store credit can be used toward any future order with us
- Example: If your order value is ₹1,000 and courier charges are applicable, the Store credit will be ₹1,000 minus the courier charges
